Artillery Surveyor. During 14 months in Vietnam, supplied grid control for Allied gun positions and other critical points, involving extensive use of field traverse, triangulation, astronomy and computations. Eight weeks at Artillery Survey Specialist School in Oklahoma. Honorably discharged with the rank of Specialist E-5.
